First time patients need to show up 15 minutes in advance to fill out paper work. A sliding scale fee is applicable for those who qualify. To see if you are eligible for the sliding scale please bring a copy of your most recent financial records or at least two pay stubs to prove your income level.

Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Credit Card, Medicaid & Medicare.
